What's Good In The Neighborhood

Just how much enjoyment can you squeeze out of one apartment community? A whole heck of a lot, especially with amenities like these. Take a look at what's good in the neighborhood.

Great Greenery

This open air space connecting the main building and the Pavillion is like your own private parkspace. Surprise your sweetie with a picnic, smell the roses with a furry friend, or spend a few hours with the Seek app identifying all the lush plants and lovely shade trees you come across.

Creation Station

Part artists’ studio, part craft room, part mad scientist’s laboratory, The Maker’s Lab is where you go to let your left brain run free. Pull up a chair, grab some counter space and do all the tinkering, creating, constructing, and deconstructing your little heart desires. All without making a big mess on your own kitchen table.

Furry Friends Can Skip The Scale

Whether your furry friend likes to cozy up in their own bed, or feels more at home on a California King, pets of all sizes are welcome at our neighborhood.

Forest Park Conservancy

We are proud to sponsor Forest Park Conservancy through our Promethean Outreach and Community Help (Porch) program. Forest Park Conservancy maintains trails, restores native habitat, and inspires community appreciation and future stewardship for generations to come.
