B Street South

Located at 425 South Ellsworth Avenue in downtown San Mateo, B Street South will offer approximately 140,000 square feet of Class A+ office space. The five-story CLT mass-timber development features flexible floorplates ranging from approximately 38,000 to 50,000 square feet, 14-foot slab-to-slab heights, expansive wraparound terraces and a rooftop deck with views of the Bay and surrounding hills. BStreet South will also be the future home of an approximately 18,000-square-foot Woodlands Market, which will provide specialty grocery offerings, locally sourced produce, prepared meals, deli, café, bakery and a smoothie bar. Additional amenities include secure underground parking, bicycle storage, showers and an on-site public plaza. B Street South is slated to open in Q3 2028.
