For your added convenience, our standard rental application is available online in PDF format. This application form is valid at any Prometheus community. Once the application is completed, please submit it to a Leasing Specialist at the community of your choice.

Simply follow the steps below to download and print the application:

1. Click on the “Download Rental Application” link below.

2. The rental application will open in your browser (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader).

3. Click the Acrobat printer icon to print the one-page rental application.  Please print the application on legal sized (8.5 x 14) paper.

4. Once you have printed the application, please complete the application in its entirety in ink and sign where indicated.
