Download a rental application
For your added convenience, our standard rental applications are available online in PDF format. This application form is valid at any Prometheus community residing within the region selected. Once the application is completed, please submit it to a Leasing Specialist at the community of your choice.
Simply follow the steps below to download and print the application:
1. Click on the appropriate “Rental Application” link below.
2. The rental application will open in your browser (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader).
3. Click the Acrobat printer icon to print the one-page rental application. Please print the application on legal sized (8.5 x 14) paper. Once you have printed the application, please complete the application in its entirety in ink and sign where indicated. (You may also fill the application out online prior to printing. You will still need to sign in ink where indicated if you opt to go this route.)
Once the application is submitted, a Prometheus Leasing Specialist will assist you with the application process and explain the qualification requirements. For more information, please contact the Property Leasing Office.
