Miramar Construction Update
The week ahead:
 
Dear Neighbors,
As of January 12, 2012 we are over half way complete with the entire renovation project that consists of Exterior Balcony and Inner Courtyard Balcony and Walkway renovations.
The Building C Interior Balconies and Walkways are complete. Final check lists and touch up will wrap up soon. Progress in Building B’s Interior Courtyard Balconies and Walkways is half way complete. Building A is scheduled now to begin in early February.
As with any construction or renovation some noise from equipment like saws, and hammers along with equipment movement and activity from the renovation team will be present in some form throughout the project. Other minor inconveniences such as temporary detours, multiple entries to repair areas near the front doors or windows will be necessary. Though most repairs will be on the 2nd and 3rd floors, some work on the first floor entries may be necessary as well.
We constantly review our techniques and practices to minimize inconveniences however not all situations are unavoidable. I refer to two separate days in the walkway process on the 2nd and 3rd floors where neighbors will be required to vacate their home for an 8hr. day.
Communications through hand delivered notices and other forms of communication like emails or phone calls with specific information will continue to be presented to you in a timely manner to allow for planning or other adaptation to the task required.

Note: Stacks are a group of apartments in a series, i.e. C108 stack includes C108, C208, & C308.
Renovation Hours: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday
Emergencies or other unforeseen conditions may require work to be performed on weekends
