If you are new to town and want to learn more about an area or properties so that we can narrow your search and help you find the perfect place, we are happy to be of service. We can also help you with corporate housing, if you arrange short-term rentals for corporations or need to provide temporary housing for your employees.

We work with local providers to ensure an experience that gives you all the comforts of home, along with access to top-flight amenities, recreation facilities, pools and spas. We locate our communities near employers, businesses, parks, world-class educational institutions, theaters, boutiques, restaurants, hip grocery stores and transit and major highways.

Concierge services are available at many sites, so drop your keys for clients with us for move in, and let us pick up the dry cleaning and make reservations at local restaurants

We’re close to major highways, employers and often within walking distance of a variety of transit options including streetcar, bus, train, bike paths, and bus
Breadth of on-line services – submit a work order, connect to utilities, reserve an amenity, order your newspaper, and check out the array of services to make the living experience as effortless as possible
New or newly renovated apartment homes with in unit washer-dryers, air conditioning, top of the line materials and design throughout including granite countertops, new cabinets, and flooring.
