Okay, first off, any rental site that has a Pet Program that says, "We love 'em!" is guaranteed at least three gold-stars in my book, and I don't even own a pet. I haven't been able to because every place I've rented in the past couple of years has had an exorbitant pet program fee that would've made it necessary to charge the little guy or gal rent just to make ends meet. So let the record show that Timberleaf Apartments in Santa Clara has soul.
As for the actual place-its grounds and amenities-it only gets better. Whoever's behind the landscape's initial design and weekly upkeep also deserves honorable mention. Timberleaf Apartments offers a cozy, park-like environment with gorgeous droopy trees that lazily blow in the wind, beautiful terraced gardens filled with colorful plants and flowers, and an artistic assemblage of tranquil stone-and-water sculptures that even if not used for meditative contemplation will invariably inspire a Zen-like state of calm and serenity.
In addition to the beautiful scenery, Timberleaf has an onsite fitness center, a swimming pool that's both lap-ready and chill-friendly, and a refreshing spa to help you wind down and relax at the end of grueling day. And just around the corner from the aquatics area is a lavishly outfitted clubhouse lounge decked out with a fireplace, a large screen TV, a kitchenette, and a tournament-ready pool table.
Timberleaf residents are also treated to homes with private patios or balconies, their own washer and dryer, as well as high-speed internet access.
The icing on the cake is just how close Timberleaf Apartments are to downtown Santa Clara and the surrounding Silicon Valley moguls.
